We produce high quality cold pressed oils from various seeds and nuts. The cold press method preserves all the valuable nutrients in the oil.

We started our production in 2012. We constantly carry out process control and improve our production process. In our workshop in Klaipeda we use German cold press oil machines and filtering technologies. We are paying special attention to raw materials, such as seeds and nuts, which we use to extract oil from. We carefully select and test all raw materials; therefore, we provide the clients with safe products of the highest quality. All of our products have Certificates of Quality Conformance.

We have built a significant base of loyal customers and we are proud of our employees, which have been working in the field for years.

Currently we produce over 40 different oil products that can be used in food, cosmetics, cattle breeding, fishery and other areas.

2) Ground Seeds and Nuts

We produce ground nuts and seeds: flax, hemp, pumpkin, sesame, poppy seed, sunflower seed, walnut, almond, hazelnut and peanut and others. You can use nut and seed meal in salads, add it in bread or pastries dough, breakfast cereal, porridges, smoothies, cottage cheese, yoghurt, as well as use it for the filling of baked goods. Ground nuts can be used in confectionery products, pies and bread products.

3) Seed Oil cake

Hemp and Flax seed oil cake for cattle and poultry forage and feed manufacturing.

Seed oil cake enriches animal feed with protein and fiber. Flax and Hemp seed oil cakes are produced by mechanically pressing the seeds. Oil cakes mix adding to forage is a valuable source of vitamins, fatty acids, micro- and macro elements. Oil-cake contains fibers and mucilaginous substances, which improve the functioning of gastrointestinal tract of cattle and poultry. By adding oil cakes to forage, the immunity of the animal body and productivity is increased. Please contact us for our best proposal of this product.

 

ABOUT COLD PRESSED OILS

We use mechanical presses for producing only cold pressed oils. We do not refine, bleach or process oils in any other way. We filter oil only once in order to remove only large sediments. Cold pressed non-refined oils give a distinctive mild taste to dishes. Such oils can be used in salads, fondue, and preparation of preserved food, as well as meat, poultry and fish marinades. Non-refined oils are rich in various nutrientsessential for the human body:

• Polyunsaturated Omega-3 and Omega-6fatty acids. Replacement of saturated fats with unsaturated fats in one’s daily diet helps to maintain normal levels of cholesterol in the blood.

• Vitamin E, A, B, other vitamins and biologically active substances.
