DELIVERY OF GOODS
Upon receipt of the payment, we will deliver the order with the courier to your address within 1-3 business days.
Goods are delivered on weekdays from 8:00 to 17:00.
Anchor Every time you arrive, the courier will inform you about the delivery of the goods to your specified phone number. The courier will not refund the goods at the time agreed upon at your house. In this case, we will contact you for re-delivery or refund. In the event of a refund, the transport charge will not be refunded. In case of repeated delivery, an additional shipping fee is payable. Buyer within 3 business days without having responded to our message regarding non-delivered items, refunds for goods are delayed until a separate agreement, and the goods are returned to our warehouse.
After receiving a shipment from the courier service, check that the package is not damaged. If so, check at the time of acceptance or do not accept the shipment. Failure to record the details of the shipment damage is considered to be appropriate and intact.
Delivery Fee within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania - 2.90 €.
We ship goods to Curonian Spit for an extra € 49.00 fee.
For orders ranging from EUR 50.00, delivery within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania, except for the Curonian Spit, is free of charge.
We send goods abroad. The delivery fee is calculated according to the applicable rates of the courier service. For shipping abroad please contact us at tel. +370 602 84567.
In case of promotions where discounts apply to all goods, delivery of orders may be delayed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start on the first working day.
RETURNING THE GOODS
Return and replacement of goods are carried out in accordance with applicable legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
For purchased items of inappropriate quality, please inform us within 2 business days of the delivery date by e-mail email@example.com.
In order to return a good item or replace it with another product, send an application by e-mail, which must indicate the name of the item you want to return, and the reason for which the item is returned, be sure to provide a proof of purchase. By agreeing to these Terms, you are confirming that you are not entitled to claim the replacement or return of the goods purchased without giving reasons. The returned item must be intact, without loss of merchantability, the same set of items as you received.
Goods are exchanged or refunded in advance with the Purchaser's replacement or repayment process.
In case of repayment of a defective item, the money for the returned item will be transferred within 5 (five) business days from the date of return of the goods to your bank account from which you paid for your purchases.
In the case of a change of item, the item is exchanged in one of the OIL stores, or within 14 working days is returned to us in the warehouse and replaced with the same or other qualitative goods according to your pegging. If the value of the replaced item is higher than the value of the returned goods, you pay the price difference. If the value of the replaced item is less than the value of the returned product, we will refund you the price difference.
The transport charge is, in all cases, not included in the value of the goods and is non-refundable.
The item is non-refundable if its defect has arisen due to actions taken by the Buyer, misuse of the product, storage.
The goods in the ASBOIL online store may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods in their color, shape or other parameters.
