Almond flour can completely replace wheat flour in yeast-free recipes, and in yeast recipes almond flour can use up to 25% wheat flour. Almond flour is larger in size than wheat, so only 80 g of almond flour will be enough to replace 100 g of wheat flour.

Small almond flour is particularly popular for baking, making dietary dishes, thickening breads, pastries, cakes, soups, sauces, and adding to breakfast, yogurt, desserts and smoothies.

Gluten free. High in protein and fiber.
